2-way stainless steel ball valve for shut-off of inert gases and liquids. The body is made of a three-part screwed body construction with full cylindrical bore.
The ball valve is stamped conform to AD approval and has a fire-safe certification, an anti-static device and a TA-Luft certified conform with DIN EN ISO 15848-1:
- Test pressure: max. 40bar
- Test temperature: 80°C
- Endurance class: CO3
- Tightness class: AH
The mounting plate according to ISO 5211 enables a direct or distanced mounting of pneumatic or electric rotary actuators, resulting in an extremely compact and functional unit:
Features:
- Mounting pad for actuator with two scribed circles
- Handle lockable in open and close position (optional hand lever set required)
- Stem seals with spring washer set and lock plate, maintenance free
- Body parts with centering grooved and tongued, for ease assembly (e.g. after welding)
Operation by rotation of the handle through 90°.
